Adding new common port

Create new port
In the Main Menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "ports" manager.
In the "ports" manager select the button "new".
Fill in the Manage Port dialog box. Fields required:
- Port name
- Port country
- Port prefix
- Is or Isnot EU member (port in European Union country)
Fields optional:
- EU port to date (if country left EU then EU port to date must be specified)
Select the "ok" button.

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "new"

Editing common port

Editing an existing ports data
In the Main menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "ports" manager.
Select the port that you wish to edit.
In the "ports" manager select the "edit" button.
Refill the Manage Port dialog box.  Fields required:
- Port name
- Port country
- Port prefix
- Is or Isnot EU member (port in European Union country)

Select the "ok" button.

Delete an existing port
In the Main Menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "ports" manager
Select the port that you wish to delete
In ports manager select the "delete" button.
Select the "ok" button.

Import common port list

Import common port list
Common data from configuration file can be loaded from external file (extension *.ccfg) and then Ports can be selected to load.
In the main menu select "general" then open the "configuration manager".
In the configuration manager select the "load configuration file" button.
Select the configuration file to load.
Select the "ok" button.
In configuration manager in the table "available configurations to load" select "ports" to load.
Select the "apply selected" button.

Commands "new", "edit", "delete", "import" are available for system administrator only.
