Vessels

Creating a new vessel

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "vessels" manager.

•

In the "vessels" manager select the "new" button.

•

Fill in Manage Vessel dialog box.

•

Select the "ok" button.

A context menu is also available. Use right button and select "new"

Filling in all fields except VAT exemption is required. Select "database test connection" to the check connection to database server. Select "FTP root test connection" to check connection to the FTP server (internet connection required).

Editing an existing vessels data

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "vessels" manager.

•

Select the vessel that you wish to edit.

•

In the "vessels" manager select the "edit" button.

•

Refill the Manage Vessels dialog box.

•

Select the "ok" button.

Delete vessel

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "common managers" and open the "vessel" manager.

•

Select the vessel that you wish to delete.

•

In the "vessel" manager select the "delete"button.

Select the "ok" button.
