Creating a new fuel delivery
•
In the daily report manager window select a Daily Report from th daily report list.
•
In the daily report menu select "edit".
•
In the C/Engineer part of the Daily Report select button "new delivery".
•
Choose the "fuel delivery" kind in delivery selection window.
•
Fill ithe Manage fuel delivery dialog box. All fields must be filled in.
•
Select the "ok" button.
•
In the daily report menu select "update".
Edit an existing fuel delivery - directly in Daily Report
•
In the daily report manager window select a Daily Report from the daily report list.
•
In the daily report menu select "edit".
•
In the C/Engineer part of the Daily Report in the delivery/survey table select the delivery you wish to edit to edit.
•
In the C/Engineer part of the Daily Report select the "edit delivery" button.
•
Refill the Manage fuel delivery dialog box. All fields must be filled in.
•
Select the "ok" button.
•
In the daily report menu select "update"

Deleting an existing fuel delivery - directly in Daily Report
•
In the daily report manager window select a Daily Report from the daily report list.
•
In daily report menu select "edit".
•
In C/Engineer part of Daily Report in delivery/survey table select delivery to delete.
•
In C/Engineer part of Daily Report select button "delete delivery".
•
Select "ok" button to delete delivery.
•
In daily report menu select "update".

•
In the daily reports manager window menu select "managers" then "fuels operations".
•
In the fuels operations window select fuel delivery to delete. Select button "delete delivery"
•
In the daily report manager window select a Daily Report from the daily report list.
•
In the fuels operations window, found under "managers" in the Daliy Report Main Menu, select the fuel delivery to edit. Select the "edit delivery" button.
•
Refill the Manage fuel delivery dialog box. All fields must be filled in.
•
Select the "ok" button.
