New voyage
Creating a new voyage
•
In the daily report main menu select "managers" then "voyages" to open the voyages manager.
•
In the voyages manager window select the "new" button.
•
Fill the Manage Voyage dialog box. Enter the voyage number - required. Select if the voyage number is by owner or charterer.
•
Select the "ok" button.

| The voyage number can also be added directly from the Daily Raport in edit mode. Select button to add new voyage | |
Edit voyage
Editing an existing voyage
•
In the daily report menu select "managers" then "voyages" to open the voyages manager.
•
Select the voyage that you wish to edit.
•
In the voyages manager select the "edit" button.
•
Refill the Manage Voyages dialog box. Enter the voyage number - required. Select if the voyage number is by owner or charterer.
•
Select the"ok" button.

Delete voyage
Deleting an existing voyage
•
In the daily report menu select "managers" then "voyages" to open the voyages manager.
•
Select the voyage that you wish to delete.
•
In the voyages manager select the "delete" button.
•
Select the "ok" button.

Voyages are specific for a selected vessel. For each vessel they must be defined individually.
