CII reference data are concerned with calculating CII attained and obtaining vessel CII rating.
Information                                                                                                                                                               
CII reference data can be edited by System Administrator (level 9)

New CII reference data

Creating a new CII reference data
•
In the daily report main menu select "managers" then "CII data" to open the CII data manager.
•
In the CII data manager window select the "new" button.
•
Fill the Manage CII data dialog box (all data are required).
•
Select the "ok" button.

Edit CII reference data

Editing an existing CII reference data
•
In the daily report main menu select "managers" then "CII data" to open the CII data manager.
•
In the CII data manager window select CII data to edit.
•
In the CII data manager window select the "edit" button.
•
Fill the Manage CII data dialog box (year can not be edited).
•
Select the "ok" button.

Delete CII reference data

Deleting an existing CII reference data
•
In the daily report main menu select "managers" then "CII data" to open the CII data manager.
•
In the CII data manager window select CII data to delete.
•
In the CII data manager window select the "delete" button.
•
Select the "ok" button.
