Tasks details
Each task has an original number. It consists of the vessels prefix "-TA"- and a sequence number eg. COPE08-TA-0001.

Title, Description of the task

Comments/actions - describe the history of the task.

Status - the actual state of the task
o Project - project step (not in realization yet)
o In Progress - forwarded to realization
o Returned - task returned to previous step without realization or confirmation because of errors or other rison
o Full realized - task realized - ready to confirm and/or notify
o Completed - task completed in all steps of the workflow

Location - actual location of the task
•
Is private
•
Created date
•
Due date
•

The numeration of tasks generated on the vessel ranges from 0001 to 4999.
The numeration of tasks generated in the office ranges from 5001 to 9999.
Each task is based on a task layout which can be defined in the tasks layouts manager.
