Tasks groups - edition operations

Creating a new task group

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "tasks managers" and open the "tasks groups" manager.

•

In the tasks groups manager select the "new" button.

•

Choose if a common group or single group should be added. A common group has a 1 digit numeration whereas a single group has a 2 digit numeration.

•

Fill the Manage Task group dialog box. All fields must be filled in.

•

Select the "ok" button.

A context menu is also available. Use the right mouse button and select "new".

Editing an existing task groups single data

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "tasks managers" and open the "tasks groups" manager.

•

Select the task group that you wish to edit.

•

In the tasks groups manager select the "edit" button.

•

Refill the Manage task group dialog box. All fields must be filled in.

•

Select the "ok" button.

Common task group can not be edited.

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "edit"

Deleting an existing task group

•

In the Main Menu select "general" then "tasks managers" and open the "tasks groups" manager.

•

Select task group single that you wish to delete.

•

In the tasks groups manager select the "delete" button.

•

Select the "ok" button.

A common task group can not be deleted.
