Common data:

Program access configuration - access to the VOYAGER functions depended on access level

Automation codes - codes used in jobs concerned with ship's automation

Component types - property of components for which additional requirements for out of stock operations are necessary

Consumables - list of predefined consumables (with related numbers)
5.
Devices - property of components for grouping and easiest search
6.
Documents groups - groups for documents
7.
Documents locations - locations for documents storing
8.
Ports - ports common database
9.
General departments - poperty of Requisition order, Work order, Job, Job layout

Users positions - users positions on vessels and in the office

This data are out of standard synchronization process. They can be edited directly using VOYAGER;s manages on the vessels and office or they can be common managed using configuration manager.
Information                                                                                                                                                               
Loading specified configuration removes all previous data. It is advised to save previous configuration to file.
