Addresses - edition operations

New address

	*Information*
Address number will be set automatic: defined in office then scope is: 00001 to 89999; defined on board then scope is: 90001 to 99999.

•

In the "components manager" menu select "managers" then open "addresses manager".

•

In "addresses manager" select "new" to open "addresses" dialog window.

•

Fill in address dialog box. Fields required: Title, Address group, Address line. Optional: ERP number, VAT number, Country, Contact person, Phone, Mobile, Fax, E-mail.

Select "ok" button.

Number 90000 is reserved for (none) not defined address.

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "new".

Create new address

Edit address

In the "components manager" menu select "managers" then open "addresses manager".

•

In the "addresses manager" select "edit" to open the "addresses" dialog window.

•

Refill the address dialog box. Fields required: Title, Address group, Address line. Optional: ERP number, VAT number, Country, Contact person, Phone, Mobile, Fax, E-mail.

Select "ok".

Edit an existing address

Delete address

•

In the "components manager" menu select "managers" then open "addresses manager".

•

In the "addresses manager" select the address to delete then select "delete".

•

Select "ok" to confirm delete.

Deletion of the address is available for system administrator and local administrator with 8 or 9 access level.
