Consumables

There are two kind of goods defined in the VOYAGER system: spare parts and consumables.
Consumables are goods which are not invetored. Consumables can be ordered and received, but instead of spare parts consumables when in stock then automatically out of stock.

There are two kind of consumables in system:

Predefined consumables
This kind of good was defined by system administrator as typical consumable with standardized number, name, unit etc.
Ordering this kind of consumables doesn't required to give any additional reason.
Predefined consumable can be defined and edited in "
consumables manager".
Administrator access level required.
Each predefined consumable has it own 5 digits number. First 3 digits belongs on which consumable group consumable belongs to.

User defined consumables
If there is no predefined consumable in database it is possible to define new consumable.
New consumable can be defined when making Requisition order.
Edit and Delete operations can be in "
consumables manager".

When ordering not predefined consumable it is necessary to give ordering rison (default predefined consumable should be ordered).
