Devices - edition operations

Creating a new device

•

In the main menu select "general" then "maintenance, inventory managers" and open the "devices" manager.

•

In the devices manager select the "new" button.

•

Fill the Manage device dialog box. Fields required: Title.

•

Select the "ok" button.

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "new".

Editing an existing device

•

In the main menu select "general" then "maintenance, inventory managers" and open the "devices" manager.

•

Select the device that you wish to edit.

•

In the devices manager select the "edit" button.

•

Fill the Manage device dialog box. Fields required: Title.

•

Select the "ok" button.

A context menu is also available. Use the right mouse button and select "edit".

Delete device

•

In the main menu select "general" then "maintenance, inventory managers" and open the "devices" manager.

•

Select the device that you wish to delete.

•

In the device manager select the "delete" button.

•

Select the "ok" button.

Devices can be deleted only by system administrator and local administrator (8 and 9 access level).
