Jobs - report job
There are 4 kind of job reports in the system:

Report of periodic job
Select job to report and open it to edition. In "job" dialog window select "report job" button and open: "job report" dialog window.
Fill in report dialog.
Fields required:
- description: should contain information about result of work and/or special activities done e.g. replace of some parts, repairs etc.
- date: should be not later than date (today). In future reporting is not allowed.
- automation/megatest value: job types automation and megatest require entering test value
- automation/megatest result: job types automation and megatest require entering test result.
- advanced report: if required then advanced report dialog must be filled in. If advanced report form should be base (layout) for the next advanced report then select check box: "replace report scheme to edited".

Information                                                                                                                                                              
A Job report can be edited/corrected. Open "log reports" window, then select report to edit/modify. If the log report is edited and report date was changed then job's due date also will be changed.
Confirmation of report
If job's property confirmed is set to user then report of that job must be confirmed. If report is not confirmed then it will be
shown in reminder in report to confirm table.

Report of unplanned maintenance
Open "component manager", select component for unplanned maintenance report. Select "unplanned job rep." button and
open "unplanned maintenance report" dialog.
Fill in report dialog.
Fields required:
- description: should contain information about result of work and/or special activities done e.g. replace of some parts,
repairs etc.
- date: should be not later than date (today). In future reporting is not allowed.
Advanced report: advanced report can be enclosed.
Unplanned maintenance job has number UM 00000

Report of work order
Open "component manager", select component with work order to report. In work orders table select order to report.
Select "edit work order" button then open order. In "work order" dialog window select button "report work order".
Fill in report dialog.
Fields required:
- description: should contain information about result of work and/or special activities done e.g. replace of some parts,
repairs etc.
- date: should be not later than date (today). In future reporting is not allowed.
- completion percent: work orders can be partly completed. If report does not cover 100% of work order then another
completion value should be set.
Advanced report: advanced report can be enclosed.
Information                                                                                                                                                              
A Job report which must be confirmed can not be closed and job will be still due.
