Work order - edition operations

New work order

Create new work order from job
Create new work order from component manager
Select component in the "component manager" window.
In the "component manager" select "new work order" or context menu and open the "work order" dialog window.
In the "work order" dialog. Required fields are:
- Title
- Company department
- General department
- Technical manager
- Contractor
- Incharged
- Work type
- Description
Additional enclose data can be (date range, remarks, notes, drawings, numbers on Requisition orders connected with). If the Work order is urgent then select "priority": Urgent.
Select a technical description for main component for which the order is created.
When all necessary datas are enclosed then select "update".
To send order to office select "send work order" button.
Select component in the "component manager" window.
In the "component manager" select the job in periodic jobs table and open to edit.
In the "job" dialog window select "create work order".
In the "select work order" select "create new work order for job".
In "work order" dialog. Required fields are:
- Title
- Company department
- General department
- Technical manager
- Contractor
- Incharged
- Work type
- Description
Additional enclose data can be (date range, remarks, notes, drawings, numbers on Requisition orders connected with). If Work order is urgent then select "priority": Urgent.

To send order to office select "send work order" button.

It is possible to create Work order for more than one job. When create Work order select "select existing order to add source job". Work order must be active -status project.

Edit/report work order

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "edit work order".
Report work order from component manager, work orders manager
Select the component in the "component manager" window.
In the "component manager".
- select component then open the Work order that you wish to edit in the Work order table or
- in the menu "
orders" select "orders manager"
-in the "
orders manager" window open the Work order that you wish to edit
In the "work order" dialog window select "report work order".
Fill the report dialog.
Fields required:
- description: should contain information about result of work and/or special activities done e.g. replace of some parts, repairs etc.
- date: should be not later than date (today). Future reporting is not allowed.
- completion percent: work orders can be partly completed. If the report does not cover 100% of the work order then another completion value should be set.
Advanced report: advanced report can be enclosed.

Select "update".
Select component in the "component manager" window.
In the "component manager".
- select the component then open the Work order that you wish to edit in the Work order table or
- in the menu "
orders" select "orders manager"
- in the "
orders manager" window open the Work order that you wish to edit
In the "work order" dialog window. Required fields are:
- Title
- Company department
- General department
- Technical manager
- Incharged
- Contractor
- Work type
- Description
Additional enclose data can be (date range, remarks, notes, drawings, numbers on Requisition orders connected with). If Work order is urgent then select "priority": Urgent
Select a technical description for the main component for the which order is created.
If the necessary date range can be changed. To change the date range select "reschedule".
When all necessary datas are enclosed to the Work order then select "update".

Delete work order

Context menu is also available. Use right button and select "delete work order".

Deletion of the Work order is available for local administrator and system administrator (access level 8, 9).
It is recommended to use "
cancel order" function to quit Work order.
In the "components manager" menu select "orders" and open "work orders".
In the "work orders" select the Work order that you wish to delete and select "delete work order".
Select "ok" to confirm deletion of the Work order.
