Engine Report

Engine Report is module designed to perform system users graphical representation of the engines main components.
Main Engines and Auxiliary Engines can be represented. Main components represented: Injection valves, Cylinder covers, Cylinder liners, Piston & cranks, Fuel pumps, Crankpin bearings, Cross head bearings, Main bearings, Flywheel bearing, Thrust bearing, Speed governor, Turbocharger, Air cooler.

Graphic representation consists of 2 basic parts:
1. View of the engine (divided by blocks and cross section for each block). This view contains "hot spots" that represents each component. "Hot spot" when clicked additional data are displayed.
2. Patches for each component consists main overhaul job details (last report date and run hours, actual run hours, remain run hours. Patch when clicked additional data are displayed.

When click linked component number (blue text) it will be automatically selected in "components manager".
Additional data:

When click linked (blue) text, detailed data are available for:
- job,
- job layout,
- last report,
- component

Data available and displayed can be modified (edited, reported).
Patches for each components can be printed out.
Edition of the graphic representation is available. Only location of "hot spots". To configure Engine Report use:
